We are offering a two night trip to Rhode Island to visit and take a VIP tour of Pease and Curren’s state of the art Refinery in Warwick, RI. You will have a whole new understanding of refining, assaying, and gold buying. Choose to stay in Providence or Newport, RI. We provide two round trip plane tickets and a two night stay in either Providence or Newport Rhode Island. Included is a dinner hosted by Pease and Curren.


Providence:

In honor of Lance Corporal Juan Rodriguez, the Texas Association of Pawnbrokers awards 4 participating students a chance at 1 of 4 $250 scholarship opportunities. Juan Rodriguez was a 23yo Marine reservist who was killed in action January 13, 2005 in Iraq. After completing his basic training he went to work for L. Buffalo Pawn in Laredo. His boss and owner of L. Buffalo Pawn, Bob Simpson, remembers him as being the “hardest working, least complaining, and most trustworthy employee”.
